NightWatch v1.0 Beta — Last updated: July 2026
NightWatch is built around a principle of minimal data collection. We collect only what is necessary to operate the service and do not require you to share personal information such as your legal name, physical address, or government identifiers to use core features.
Collected data is used solely to provide, secure, and improve the service — authenticating your session, delivering subscribed research, tracking contributions and rewards, and diagnosing technical issues. We do not sell your personal data.
NightWatch uses your browser's local storage to keep session and preference data (such as your bearer token and cached subscription state) on your device. Clearing your browser storage will sign you out and remove these local values.
We rely on infrastructure providers to host the service and on public blockchain and exchange data sources. On-chain activity you perform is inherently public. We do not share your account data with advertisers.
We retain account and contribution data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
As a beta service, this Privacy Policy may change as features evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
