Smart Vault will stay non-custodial: no HL vault, no pooled custody. Direct trading and signal-copy are the same product — you keep your own keys and Torii routes your orders (or mirrors a publisher's) straight to your own Hyperliquid account. A contract-pooled fund is deferred. The one exception is the auto- dispatch mode above (Active/Quartermaster) — the only mode where NightWatch itself places an order, and only inside limits you set.
논커스터디 원칙 유지: HL 커스터디얼 볼트 없음, 자금 풀링 없음. 직접거래와 시그널 카피는 같은 제품(내 지갑·내 서명, Torii는 라우팅만). 컨트랙트 펀드는 보류. 유일한 예외는 위 액티브/Quartermaster 자동발주 모드뿐입니다.
